| Population poverty has always been an important issue of great concern to all countries in the history of the development of human civilization.It is also one of the difficult problems that must be solved in the economic development of all countries.The Central Committee of the Party,with Comrade Xi Jinping as its core,has put forward precise poverty alleviation strategies and implemented them throughout the country as the most difficult task of poverty alleviation.Sichuan Province,one of the giant provinces,has promulgated a special planning outline.The provincial Party committee regards poverty alleviation and development as a global task to plan and promote.It has clearly put forward the "four good" working objectives.It takes precise assistance to poor households or poverty-stricken areas to develop production as its main direction of attack,and carries out poverty alleviation and poverty alleviation actions in four regions.The project is in place.As the capital city of Sichuan Province,after years of poverty alleviation and development work,Chengdu has completely eliminated the targets of poverty alleviation in rural areas of the state and provinces,and poverty alleviation and development has entered a new stage of striving to overcome difficulties and upgrade villages.According to the announcement of the provincial government’s official website platform,Jianyang was placed in the scope of Chengdu’s escrow in May 2016.As a new family member in Chengdu,there are 89 provincial poverty villages,15,000 poor families and 46,000 poor people in Jianyang.With the help of Chengdu,Jianyang has entered a critical period of poverty alleviationThis paper probes into the precise poverty alleviation work in Jianyang.First,it points out the research background and significance of this paper.Under the guidance of relevant theories,it systematically summarizes the relevant concepts,precise ways of poverty alleviation,precise assessment of poverty alleviation and precise poverty alleviation.Then it analyses the support and Realization of the precise poverty alleviation policy in Jianyang.At the same time,two poverty-stricken villages in Jianyang were selected.Through questionnaire survey and field visits,the results ofthe survey were compared vertically,and the causes of poverty and the main methods of precise poverty alleviation achieved were analyzed respectively.This paper sums up the problems and reasons of precise poverty alleviation in Jianyang,and finally puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for precise poverty alleviation in Jianyang,including compacting the main responsibility of the government,enhancing service awareness,strengthening supervision mechanism and sunshine operation,implementing education assistance to enhance the endogenous power of poor households,and strengthening the construction of grass-roots cadres team.the change of “role” of village cadres is expected to provide some reference and guidance for the future accurate poverty alleviation work. |
