In the broadband competition market,the products provided by operators are highly homogeneous.Therefore,in the process of broadband service management,customer competition has become the most prominent aspect of the development of broadband enterprises.For broadband companies,the new development of users constantly is an important goal of broadband business can develop,but for existing users of reasonable maintenance,promote the increase of the existing number of users from various angles,is an important guarantee for the development of enterprises to the.This requires the use of more professional marketing strategies,improve customer retention,and thus reduce customer churn,has become an important part of broadband operators customer service.Compared with competitors,the Great Wall broadband Nanjing branch in the development process for existing users of reasonable control is an important problem in the development of enterprises need to face,because the enterprise development does not have a certain scale and advantage,want to retain more users should be analyzed from the perspective of the needs of users,and timely adjustment of existing operation mode,so as to talent shows itself in the telecommunications business among the big three,has become an important part of broadband in the industry.In this paper the emerging data technology and enterprise development situation of mining,using data mining methods,the establishment of the the Great Wall width of Nanjing branch customer churn warning system,based on analysis of the causes of the loss of customers,combined with the analysis of early warning system,put forward the customer retention strategy can not only deepen the the Great Wall width of Nanjing branch customer relationship management control at the same time,also for the development of enterprises,to provide more data to support,to provide guidance for further marketing decision of enterprises.
