G Electric Company Performance Evaluation Based On EVA

In the sustainable development of economic globalization today,the continuous innovation of financial philosophy,how to scientifically and correctly measure the business performance of enterprises has become the focus of investors.How to truly reflect the performance of the enterprise by applying various financial indicators,so as to have a deep understanding of the enterprise and put forward an incentive system is very important to the enterprise.Economic value added(EVA)as an effective performance evaluation method and enterprise management has been has been widely used in foreign countries,its purpose lies in that enterprise management to think shareholder wealth creation for the operating guidelines.EVA performance evaluation system can provide a new management idea and method for solving this problem.After take the equity capital cost of enterprises into consideration,EVA analysis the enterprise's true value,to facilitate investors to mining the true value of the enterprises at the same time,is also conducive to the enterprise more realistic understanding of their own,better identify and implement the strategy for its future development.In this paper,the characteristics of home appliance industry and the advantages of EVA as the core value management system,from the perspective of performance evaluation of EVA performance evaluation system in the implementation of G electrical company.This paper tries to analyze the EVA calculation of G electrical appliances from 2011 to 2014,at the same time,to support the analysis of the financial indicators and non-financial indicators,to evaluate the operating conditions of the G electrical appliances.On the basis of normative analysis,this paper makes an empirical analysis,using the method of combining qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis.Based on to the domestic and foreign relevant research results of analysis based on the generalization and adjustment items of EVA has carried on the analysis and screening,eventually combined with the actual situation of listed companies G electrical selected number of suitable EVA adjustment programs to EVA calculation,carries out an empirical analysis of the performance evaluation.Based on the results of empirical study,this research puts forward some suggestions on EVA for enterprise performance evaluation.
