Nowadays,Chinese small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs)generally face financing difficulties, the competition in banking becomes fiercer. In that case, supply chain finance appears and grows rapidly. As a financial innovation, supply chain finance is developing rapidly in China and becoming an important area of development for banks and enterprises to enhance their competitiveness. In order to obtain more business,SMEs usually provide the core enterprise many conveniences, such as credit, prepayments, delayed payment, resulting in a large number of receivables or prepayments.Accounts receivable factoring is one of the supply chain financing modes and has been widely used.It can solve problems which banks, small and medium-sized enterprises, core enterprises face, which also can achieve multilateral win and enhance the whole supply chain efficiency and competitiveness.Firstly, this paper reviews and analyzes the relevant literatures at home and abroad, qualitatively taking research on theories and financing models of supply chain finance. Then, continuing to study accounts receivable financing mode in depth, constructing a mathematical model to analyze the decisions and earnings of members of the supply chain.Next, extend to multiple upstream supplier with budget constraints, constructing the ?N+1? accounts receivable factoring financing model. The same conclusion can be drawn, accounts receivable factoring financing mode is superior to the traditional supply chain financing mode, which can improve the whole supply chain benefits. Finally,it verify the conclusions of the model by using the data from an actual case about ST supply chain. We hope this research can make contributions to relieve the financing plight of SMEs,provide some decision reference for members on the supply chain, and ultimately enhance the value and competitiveness of the entire supply chain.
