At the beginning of this century,a large number of business process outsourcing multinationals were stationed in China,which was closely related to the Chinese government’s policies on the economic benefits of the IT outsourcing industry at that time.However,in recent years,some domestic companies began to operate IT service desk outsourcing business at a low price.Foreign competitors such as Malaysia,Costa Rica and India have also become low-cost operation centers.D(Dalian)company is facing the double attack of domestic and foreign competitors.In addition,its original product portfolio is backward and the brand effect of the company is reduced after the division and reorganization.Its market competitiveness is declining year by year.With the increase of outsourcing cost of IT service desk,IT is difficult to have a favorable position in the market by only relying on the original operation mode,product and service combination and customer relationship.This paper is based on this research background,combined with the actual situation of D(Dalian)company,scientific analysis and research,put forward optimization solutions to improve its market competitiveness.This paper will first introduce the purpose and significance of the research,research ideas and methods in detail;secondly,three real customer loss cases of D(Dalian)are adopted to reflect the current decline of market competitiveness of the company.Then,this paper will analyze and study these problems and find out the root causes by using the market competition strategy in the course of MBA study.The last part of this paper will be the core content of this paper,mainly aiming at the problem of the declining competitiveness of IT service desk outsourcing business of D(Dalian)company.IT proposes solutions in three aspects,namely,operation management,product service capability and customer relationship,and suggests that the company focus on what IT is good at to improve its core competitiveness.Through scientific market competition strategy and method,this paper optimizes outsourcing business of IT service desk of D(Dalian)company theoretically and practically,and points out the direction for the future survival and development of the enterprise.At the same time,the Suggestions and countermeasures obtained through the research will certainly help similar enterprises solve similar problems and provide strong intellectual support and help.
