The elements of human resources as the era of knowledge economy of each factor of production in the most dynamic and creative, but also as the core of enterprise resources, plays a vital role in the modern enterprise management. For the enterprise human resources management, people and post matching has become particularly important, the enterprise wants to continue development, must take the people and post matching in key position. The PV industry in China has been battered over the background, Z company shares after the reorganization are facing urgent problems in business development and internal management. Human resources management within the company, between the staff positions with the mismatch problem has become a serious problem impeding Z company business development need to solve as soon as possible.This paper takes Z company as the research object, based on competency model theory of personality, vocational types matching theory, career development theory, trait factor theory and other theory as the guide, combined with the direction of domestic and foreign relevant research literature, analysis of the current situation of human resource of Z company, Z company current situation of recruitment, training, performance appraisal status quo status the status quo, salary and welfare are studied. Through the questionnaire according to Z company’s actual situation of human resource in the design, analysis of problems and causes of Z human post matching in the presence of, make optimization scheme of Z company person post matching, and further proposes the optimization of Z company person post matching principle, objective and concrete posts optimization program, so as to guide the company to upgrade the Z people and post matching degree, realize the strategic target of the company of people, and the gang.
