If traditional enterprises want to successfully realize the development of e-commerce,they must fully utilize the functions of e-commerce.Based on Internet thinking,rely on e-commerce to build a more complete online and offline sales channels,relying on e-commerce for enterprise product promotion and brand promotion.To become a new propaganda and promotion center,the key to e-commerce development lies in marketing.How to formulate e-commerce marketing model for enterprise products is the focus of enterprise development.As we all know,the furniture industry is one of the important light industries in China.After years of accumulation and development,the number of domestic furniture industry enterprises has increased significantly.By the first half of 2018,the number of furniture manufacturing enterprises in the country has increased to 6217,of which 958 are loss-making.At 15.4%,the total loss amounted to 2.06 billion yuan.According to the monitoring data of the China Industrial Research Institute,in the first half of 2018,the enterprises above designated size in China's furniture industry achieved a revenue of 392.76 billion yuan,a year-on-year increase of 7%,reaching 43.37% of the main income for 2017.The development of production technology in the furniture industry and the improvement of production efficiency have led to the continuous expansion of production and sales,and China has gradually become the world's largest furniture manufacturing country.However,in the current environment of the Internet economy,the residential home industry is in urgent need of transformation and upgrading.Among them,the e-commerce marketing model is sought after,but the e-commerce marketing model transformation also faces a large transformation threat.This paper studies the e-commerce marketing strategy of MKMJ Company.Based on the Internet thinking mode,this paper analyzes the current status of MKMJ's e-commerce marketing,and analyzes the customer's satisfaction with e-commerce marketing by questionnaire.It summarizes the problems existing in the current e-commerce marketing level of MKMJ.Finally,based on relevant theories such as marketing,theory and practice,it puts forward suggestions from the aspects of market segmentation strategy,marketing combination strategy and strategy guarantee system.The company's e-commerce marketing strategy optimization provides ideas and provides ideas for the transformation of China's traditional entity e-commerce marketing business model.
