In the 21 st century,with the development of economy,science and technology,all trades in China have achieved rapid development.However,due to the accelerated pace of life,people's stress and other factors,people's physical health is not ideal.The emergence of various diseases and the increase of the number of patients have promoted the rapid development of the pharmaceutical industry in China..The total sales volume of all kinds of drugs in China is continuously rising to a new record.Now the pharmaceutical industry in China has integrated science and technology as a means to promote its rapid development,whether in the pharmaceutical production environment or in the marketing links of science and technology penetration into every link and step,in the sales links to build a well-informed sales.The network and the customer information base with a large number of customer information,breaking the traditional sales model targeted and purposeful marketing to customers has changed the traditional marketing methods,reducing the related costs and costs of sales.BE company K city company with the development trend of the industry continues to carry out technical reform and innovation in the sales link to promote the construction of A drug database marketing model,but there are still some problems that need to be improved and gradually solved.The research object of this paper is the database marketing model of BE Company A Pharmaceuticals,which is studied from the following aspects: First,the related concepts of database marketing and the relevant views of experts and scholars are discussed,and the basic theoretical framework of the research is established;Second,the basic steps of database marketing and the marketing process of enterprises are explained.It also analyzes the advantages and influencing factors for the implementation of the marketing model from the overall situation and external environment of the company.Thirdly,it analyzes five marketing strategies of the drug database of BE Company A,which are product,service,pricing,channel and promotion.Fourthly,it analyzes the acquisition of the drug of BE Company A.Problems faced by database marketing.Fifthly,based on the current situation and problems of drug database marketing in BE Company A,this paper puts forward somesuggestions on improving the strategy of database marketing from the aspects of talents,capital construction,development and management of large customers,management mechanism of enterprises themselves,and how to better carry out database marketing.
