| The high risk of the insurance industry has always been a concern,the debt ratio is too high,its biggest feature is also its defects,so the financial risk is significant.Because of the late start and lack of experience in China's insurance industry and the lack of scientific financial decision-making of some insurance companies,the possibility of financial risks has been increased.How to accurately measure financial risks and prevent the occurrence of financial risks has a bearing on the operation and development of insurance companies.Therefore,it is very necessary to study the identification and measurement of the financial risks of insurance companies and the effective prevention of risks.Using case study method,this paper takes Huaxia Insurance as a sample company,identifies the financial risk of the company by Z-score model and F-score model,and measures the financial risk of the company through financial leverage and other tools through the financial statement data of the company from 2013 to 2017,as well as internal and external information of the company.The conclusion of the study shows that the overall financial risk level of Huaxia Insurance is high,short-term solvency is poor,and profitability declines seriously.Based on this,the paper puts forward that Huaxia Insurance should design financial risk indicators with cash flow as the core,establish corresponding financial risk early warning system,identify the financial risk of the company in time,and take the country as the example.Policy-oriented,adjust the structure of insurance products,introduce more suitable for the healthy development of enterprises,in line with market demand insurance,enhance profitability.By objectively identifying and measuring the financial risk of Cathaysia Insurance,it is not only conducive to the development of the company itself,but also provides a reference for other insurance companies to prevent financial risk,identify and measure financial risk. |
