In recent years,driven by the huge benefits of private equity fund business,domestic fund companies have expanded their private equity investment business.However,due to inadequate business management and risk management capabilities,the fund companies often violate the rules.For example,in 2015,the SFC ordered fund companies such as Huaxia Fund Management Co.,Ltd.,Haifutong Fund Management Co.,Ltd.to rectify within a specified period of time;in 2017,the SFC issued administrative supervision measures to Founder Fubang Fund Co.,Ltd.The decision was made by the SFC in the same year.It can be seen that in the current regulatory environment and situation of China's fund industry,if fund companies want to achieve great development,they must actively change the internal control thinking of private equity investment business,pay attention to effective risk control and reasonable protection of investors,upgrade wind control management to a new height,and strengthen the private equity.Effective control of all kinds of risks in the operation of investment business.Based on this,this paper conducts in-depth research on risk control of private equity investment in fund companies.This paper takes Beijing A Fund Company as an example to study its specific work on risk control of private equity investment business.Through on-the-spot investigation and data analysis,this paper analyzes the current situation of risk control of A fund company,including risk identification and assessment measures,risk control strategies and so on.Secondly,it evaluates the current situation of risk control management in A company's private equity investment business by using AHP and expert scoring method.It finds out the problems and shortcomings in the risk control and management of A company,applies the risk identification method to identify the risk factors in the four links of raising,investment,management and withdrawal of A company's private equity investment business,and finally puts forward the risk control of A fund company's private equity investment business.Specific measures and measures.Through the study of this paper,it can provide practical guidance for Beijing A fund company to improve the risk control and management ability of private equity investment business,and also can theoretically provide reference for the improvement of risk control and management of internal control of fund companies in China.
