Enterprise annuity is an important part of China's old-age security system,and it is a supplementary old-age insurance established independently by enterprises and employees of enterprises [1].Since the beginning of this century,the state has promulgated the "trial measures for enterprise annuity",and the development of enterprise annuity has entered the fast track.In February 2018,the ministry of human resources and social security of the People's Republic of China implemented the "measures on enterprise annuity",further standardizing the development of enterprise annuity.36 professional institutions,including banking industry and insurance industry,obtained the operational qualification of enterprise annuity,and market competition became increasingly fierce.In this context,how to seize the opportunities,face up to the challenges and achieve business development is a difficult problem that banking industry is faced with.This paper takes bank J as the research object and applies relevant theories of strategic management to make an effective analysis of the internal and external environment of the development of enterprise annuity products of bank J,and proposes the next strategic development plan.This paper first introduces the related concept of enterprise annuity,the establishment foundation and operation mechanism,as well as the level theory and procedure theory of strategic management.Secondly,by using PEST analysis method,five-force analysis model and other analysis methods,this paper starts with the analysis of internal and external environment to fully analyze the development of enterprise annuity of bank J.Then,the internal and external conditions for the development of enterprise annuity in bank J are comprehensively summarized through the SWOT combination analysis,so as to work out a reasonable strategic alternative plan.By analyzing the environment of bank J,the developmental strategic situation that should be adopted for the development of enterprise annuity in bank J is determined.Subsequently,the strategic positioning and strategic objectives of the development of enterprise annuity business of bank J were determined,as well as the specific implementation contents of strategies such as product marketing,product operation,product cooperation and product risk control.Finally,the risk of implementation is analyzed,and specific measures are proposed from four aspects: technical support,organizational support,human support and financial support.
