Research On Risk Control Problems And Countermeasures Of A Financial Leasing Company

Financial leasing is a kind of complex transaction model,which originated in the United States in the 1950 s.With the advantage of its double attribute of " financing and commodities",financial leasing has become the second largest financial instrument after bank lending in the developed countries.Therefore,it is called "sunrise industry".The number and scale of financial leasing companies in China are increasing in more than 30 years' development.Especially in recent years,with the prosperity of the socialist market economy,the financial leasing industry develops rapidly in the favorable policy environment.It increasingly become one of the most important financial instruments in the market economy of our country and plays an increasingly important role in promoting economic development and prosperity.It has a more complex risk because of the large investment amount and long investment cycle and its comprehensive functions such as financing and commodities of financial business.There are many uncontrollable factors from the signing the contract to execution of the financial lease contract.While the internal operating mechanism of finance lease hides the risk,the external operation mechanism also induces the formation of the risk.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the factors and types of risk,explore the countermeasures and measures to prevent risk,establish the risk management theory of financing leasing companies from the perspective of financing leasing enterprises,and extend the research of financing leasing companies in the whole industry.The study of control problems and countermeasures is expected to make a useful exploration on the risk control of financial leasing companies in China.It is also to establish a risk management system suitable for the development of China's financing leasing companies,and promote the healthy development of the financing leasing industry.The sustainable and healthy development of the financial leasing industry will also promote the healthy development of the entire social economy.
