Research On The Production And Operation Behavior And Development Countermeasures Of New Business Entity Of Rice Cropping In Chengdu Plain

In China,agriculture is the foundation of the country and grain is the basics of the foundation.As one of the main grain producing areas in China,Sichuan Province has accumulated rich experience in the history of many years of agricultural development.In particular,the Chengdu Plain,which is regarded as "Tianfu land",is more fruitful in the development of traditional agriculture.In order to understand the production and management status of the new operation entities of rice in Chengdu Plain,based on the theory of peasant household behavior theory and other related theories,we analyzed the present situation of the new operation entiteis of rice in the Chengdu Plain objectively by using the data of the statistical yearbook of Sichuan Province.Then,new type of rice production in the Chengdu Plain area is randomly selected,a two-year survey of the operation main body is conducted by means of questionnaires and interviews.Based on the research and analysis,we present the descriptive analysis of basic situation of the new operation entities of rice in Chengdu Plain.Panel analysis is used and the external factors such as the gender,age,education degree and other internal factors of the main body,the land area of agricultural production,the per mu capital investment,and the guidance of agricultural technical guidance are chosen as variables to reflect agricultural production and management behavior.Through modeling and regression analysis,we did empirical analysis of the factors that influences rice production behaviors of the operation entites.The present situation analysis of the new operation entites of rice in Chengdu Plain shows that:(1)the new operation entities of rice in Chengdu Plain are the main part of the new operation entities of rice production in Sichuan province;(2)the development of new operation entities of rice production in Chengdu Plain is not balanced: The number of new management owners in Mianyang is the highest,while the number in Ya’an is the least..The results of the study on the production and management behavior of the new operation entities of rice in Chengdu Plain show that:(1)The education degree of the entities has a significant positive effect on the production and operation of rice production.(2)The land area of agricultural production has a significant positive effect on the production and operation of the new operation owner in rice production.(3)The per mu capital investment has a significant positive effect on the production and management behavior of the new operation entities of rice.(4)Gender,age and the acceptance of agricultural technical guidance or not have no significant influence on the production and management behavior of the new operation entities.Through the comprehensive analysis of this study,we finally put forward the relevant countermeasures of developing rice as a new management subject and improving the level of agricultural modernization:(1)speed up the cultivation of new type of professional farmers and raising the level of farmers’ education;(2)standardize the implementation of the land transfer system and promote the scale of agricultural operation;(3)increase the intensity of agricultural support and improve the level of agricultural mechanization;(4)improve the agricultural extension service system and speed up the development of agricultural modernization.
