Investigation On The Distribution Of Agricultural Subsidy Funds In Beipiao City

Agriculture is an important industrial sector of the national economy and provides basic products to support the construction and development of the national economy.Agriculture is a basic industry and a weak industry.The development of social economy is inseparable from the stability and development of agriculture.The implementation of China's agricultural direct subsidy policy has significantly changed the relationship between the government and farmers in the past decade.It has won the support of the broad masses of peasants and played a certain role in increasing farmers' income and food security.However,in practice,problems such as low awareness of farmers,out of focus of subsidies,and alienation of targets have also been exposed.In order to better implement the national policies of benefiting farmers and benefiting farmers,let the subsidy policy play a better role in promoting China's agricultural development.It is essential to unify,standardize and simplify the procedures for issuing financial subsidies for farmers to ensure that agricultural subsidies are safe,timely and in place,and that the use of financial funds is efficient.The current subsidy policy has played an important and positive role in ensuring food security and farmland security,but there are still problems such as guiding and operational inadequacy.According to the actual situation of the granting of subsidies from the farmers in Beipiao City,By means of searching for information and investigating and visiting,this paper studies the relevant policies and basic conditions of granting subsidies to farmers.And issued 400 questionnaires for farmers.Specifically analyze the status quo of the granting of subsidies from the farmers in Beipiao City and the shortcomings in the process of issuance.Its shortcomings are embodied in inadequate publicity,decentralized funds,centralized management,and imperfect distribution system.Through the analysis of the existing problems in the process of granting subsidized funds,this paper puts forward the following suggestions: strengthening propaganda,integrating projects,simplifying procedures,strengthening data management,implementing the one-card system and so on,reforming and adjusting the new procedures of granting subsidized funds through certain ways and means,so as to improve the granting efficiency of subsidized funds to farmers.To deepen the reform of agricultural subsidy distribution policy,in order to help the distribution of subsidized funds for farmers in Beipiao City,and better promote the development of Beipiao agriculture.
