Investigation And Analysis Of The Operation Status Of Yi Nong Information Society In Fuxin City

According to the requirement of implementing the project of "Information entering villages and households" in China,the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs will carry out demonstration in 10 provinces and cities in Liaoning,Jilin,Heilongjiang and Jiangsu in 2017.With the implementation of "Information entering villages and households" project,Yinong Information Society is playing an increasingly important role in the construction of rural information.Therefore,it is particularly important to understand the development status of "information entering villages and households".This study adopts the method of random sampling,combined with the geographical distribution of each village in Fuxin City,and the economic development of each township.Huitong,Halaha and Jiaqi villages in Wangfu Town of Fumeng County,Xuannu and Hebutu villages in Wufeng Town of Zhangwu County were selected for investigation.A total of 56 households were investigated.First of all,from the convenience services,public welfare services,12316 farmer service hotline,experience services and training services five aspects,respectively,to understand the needs of farmers for these five services.Secondly,from the service attitude of the president of Yinong Information Society,the equipment operation of Yinong Information Society,the basic services provided by Yinong Information Society(convenience services,public welfare services,12316 farmer services,experience services and training services)and e-commerce,we can get a better understanding of the farmers' satisfaction with the operation of Yinong Information Society.Finally,combined with the above detailed analysis,find out the problems in the construction of Fuxin "Information entering villages and households" project,and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.The results are as follows:(1)Through the descriptive analysis of the basic information of the households,it can be concluded that among the households surveyed,the respondents are mainly ordinary households,the respondents are relatively older,and the education level is relatively low.The main income sources of the households are grain planting and migrant workers' income.(2)Farmers benefit more from convenience services,public welfare services and 12316 farmer services than from experience services and training services.There is a contradiction between the training content of Yinong Information Society and the needs of farmers,which leads to the low enthusiasm of farmers to participate in the training service of Yinong Information Society.(3)Through the analysis of farmers' satisfaction with the operation of Yinong Information Society,we can get the satisfaction of farmers' attitude toward the president of Yinong Information Society,the equipment operation of Yinong Information Society,and the basic services provided by Yinong Information Society(convenience services,public welfare services,12316 farmer service,experience service and training service).Compared with other services,farmers' satisfaction with E-commerce of Yinong Information Society is relatively poor,which needs to be further improved.Based on the above analysis,it can be concluded that in the construction of Fuxin "Information entering villages and households" project.Farmers are older and less educated;There is a contradiction between the training content and the needs of farmers.The development of e-commerce is slow,the satisfaction of farmers is relatively low,and the service level of Yinong Information Society is relatively low.Low problems.Based on the above analysis,we can conclude that there are the following problems in the construction of Fuxin's "Information entering villages and households" project: farmers are older and less educated,there is a contradiction between the training content and the needs of farmers,the development of e-commerce is slow,the satisfaction of farmers is relatively low,and Yinong information service level is low and so on.
