| Credit sales and risk management are important aspects of the market economy.With the continuous improvement and development of China’s socialist market economy,credit and its risk management play an important role in improving the market competitiveness of Chinese enterprises.However,due to the lack of a sound credit risk management system,the pace of marketization of Chinese enterprises has been severely constrained.In terms of credit sales and credit risk management,many companies are caught in the credit risk management dilemma,which brings serious problems to their normal operation and management.Therefore,in order to effectively control risks in a fierce market environment,enterprises need to improve their credit risk management and control system.In particular,it is necessary to improve the credit risk management system for credit sales to maximize the healthy development of enterprises.This paper first expounds the definition of related concepts of credit risk management,grasps the definition of credit risk,management process,process analysis,credit sales characteristics and related credit risk management methods,and expounds the theory of credit risk management.There are many factors that affect the credit risk of corporate credit sales.The degree of perfection of the internal management system or mechanism of the enterprise has an important impact on the collection of accounts,and the credit rating of the credited customers will directly affect the credit risk of the enterprise.This paper then analyzes the credit risk situation of G company’s credit sales,and conducts in-depth analysis from the aspects of the functional department setting,credit policy formulation,management process and implementation effect of the credit company’s credit risk management.Secondly,by analyzing the status quo of credit risk management of G company,it analyzes the problems existing in its current risk management system,including the division of duties of managers,customer credit investigation,customer risk assessment and accounts receivable recovery.Then,this paper focuses on the identification and evaluation of credit risk of credit sales of G Company.Finally,this paper analyzes the relevant policy recommendations for optimizing the credit risk management of the company’s credit sales.The purpose of this paper is to establish a credit risk management identification and evaluation system through in-depth analysis of G company’s credit risk management,so as to provide reference for G company and other companies’ credit risk management. |
