Research On Quality Control Of Wireless Network Optimization Of Outsourcing Service

The rapid development of telecom service and service outsourcing industry in China has made the telecom operators more concentrated to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises after the outsourcing of non core business.At the same time,the fierce market competition in the telecommunication industry also makes the telecom operators pay more attention to the quality of outsourcing services.The low risk and low cost operation of the wireless network to optimize the outsourcing service determines its long-term existence.How to control the quality of the wireless network to optimize the quality of the outsourcing service has become the focus of the industry research.This paper,based on the actual characteristics of China’s telecom business and service outsourcing industry,uses the method of literature research and case study to carry out the process in accordance with the "definition and characteristics analysis-Requirements and evaluation methods-the influence of various factors".The quality control of outsourcing service in wireless network is studied comprehensively.First,the definition and characteristics of network optimization outsourcing are introduced.Network optimization works throughout the work of network planning,engineering construction and routine maintenance,forming a closed loop management of network quality.Network optimization outsourcing is an extension and supplement of its own optimization team,which mainly helps local engineers optimize the daily network optimization and play a supporting role.Secondly,the quality requirements and evaluation methods of network optimization are explained,specific requirements are defined,and the service quality evaluation method is introduced in detail,and the specific quality control points of service quality are found out in combination with the current network optimization of the quality of outsourcing service quality.After improving the relevant theory,this paper takes the wireless network optimization as an example to discuss the quality control of outsourcing service from the three aspects of the structure of the outsourcing service organization,the construction of the ecosystem and the optimization of the work process.In the aspect of organizational structure,it classifies it,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of various organizations,puts forward the evaluation method,and expounds the specific influence of organizational structure on the quality of outsourcing services.In terms of ecosystem construction,specific measures to improve the quality of outsourcing services are put forward from six dimensions.In the work process,this paper introduces the PDCA management cycle method,introduces its application in improving the quality of outsourcing services,and introduces the implementation and specific operation of the method in detail in conjunction with the example of network.In a word,this paper studies the quality control of wireless network optimizing external purchase service from the perspective of theory and actual backtracking theory.It is of strong pertinence and has a strong practical guiding significance for optimizing the outsourcing service of wireless network.
