Research On LTE Network Construction Project Management Of YN Telecom

In the push of increasing requirement of multimedia communication service and the rapid development of mobile data communication service,diversified mobile wireless value-added services create a vast amount of traffic on the Internet.Rapid changes caused by new terminals and new business require larger network capacity and faster reaction capability.Following up on the evolution of mobile networkand meeting the demand of market are the key to the development of YN Telecom network system.Therefore,YN Telecom launched the LTE network construction project.Based on the basic theory of project management,we makes a research on YN Telecom LTE network construction project from the perspective of communication enterprises.We firstly summarize the background and practical significance of the project,learn the domestic and overseas related work and elaborate the basic theory of project management and LTE related telecom knowledge.Secondly,the project management plan is introduced from the aspects of project characteristics,project requirements,project objectives and project plans.Thirdly,we proposed that the project implementation can be effectively controlled and managed through project organization,schedule,implementation management and control.Simultaneously,the project cost estimation,cost control and project benefit are analyzed to ensure the smooth implementation of the project.Finally we conclude our study and forecast the future research hoping that our study could provide experience and case reference for network construction projects in communication industry.
