Research On The Influence Of Cost Stickiness Of Communication Enterprises On R&D Based On Euqity Characteristics

In the process of research,WEISS model is used to calculate the cost stickiness of the sampled company as a variable for empirical regression research.This paper analyzes the influence of cost stickiness and stock ownership on the R&D investment of enterprises.Based on contract theory,efficiency theory and principal-agent theory,this paper analyzes the relationship and mechanism of cost stickiness,equity characteristics and enterprise R&D investment from the perspectives of adjustment cost,opportunism and manager characteristics.The models were established for descriptive statistics,correlation statistics and empirical regression analysis.Research conclusion of this paper is communication in our country enterprise widespread cost stickiness,viscous and enterprise R&D cost is significantly related to the viscosity,the greater the cost that the stronger the degree of R&D investment in the enterprise,the equity of state-owned property and enterprise R&D spending significant negative correlation,the relationship between viscosity and R&D cost have significant weakening effect,equity checks and balances and significantly positively related to corporate R&D input,the relationship between viscosity and R&D cost has significant reinforcement.Finally,based on the empirical results and the analysis of influencing factors,this paper puts forward some Suggestions and measures,such as optimizing the shareholding structure,implementing the shareholding incentive,improving the cost control system,reducing the cost stickiness,enhancing the innovation ability,improving the research and development efficiency,making rational investment in research and development,and optimizing the allocation of resources.
