Research On Improvements Of Production Line For Control And Protection Products In BR Company

At present,the production line of relay protector in BR company is faced with many difficulties,such as the time of changing mould for SMT production line is too long,the line balancing of DIP production line is low,etc.Therefore,the production improvement of relay protector became one of the main problems that must be solved.This thesis is based on the idea of I,study on relay protector products production processes in the BR company.Mainly researching SMED for SMT production line,the line balancing improving for DIP production line,etc.The main contents are as follows:(1)Study on quick change mould of SMT production line.This part based on the fishbone diagram to analyze all driving factors,combine with the overall planning method,action research and other research methods to reduce waiting time and changing mould time of SMT production line,increasing the change mould speed effectively.(2)Reaserching on DIP production line to improve line balancing.Using industrial engineering basic method to calculate the production line circle time,identify bottlenecks station of processing;Using operating conditions improvement method and ECRS principles to reducing or eliminating bottleneck work time;Introducing 0-1 linear programming principal theory,establish mathematical model of ALB problems,reassign job elements,and reduce personnel consumption.Thereby,improve the balance between each work-station,and promote production efficiency and utilization of the DIP product line effectively.Reserch on production improvement in BR company will help the company build a simple,efficient work flow to improve productivity,shorten production cycles and reduce production costs.Meanwhile,the research also has certain reference value to other relay protector manufacturer.
