Study On Early Warning Control Method And Application Of Operational Risk In Huaian GS Commercial Banks

As operational risk management of commercial banks is deepening,issues about commercial banks' operational risk control warning are raised gradually and more and more attention has been paid to it.This subject is of theoretical significance and practical value to the specification and improvement of commercial banks' risk management activities,promotion to the environmental construction and reduction of operational losses of commercial banks.Rresearch aim of this paper is as follows: research and evaluate the theory and methodology of Huaian GS commercial banks' operating risk warning control and apply it into the Huaian GS commercial banks' operational risk control activities to increase the level of Huaian GS commercial banks' operational risk early warning ability and minimize the loss of Huaian GS commercial banks operating risk by choosing indicators,building control model according to the characteristics and the actual situation of Huaian GS commercial banks' operational risk management.To accomplish the purpose of this study,this paper chooses standard research methods and selects a number of evaluation indicators through literature review and the status quo analysis.Then it builds Huaian GS commercial banks' early warning operational risk control model and applies the financial data of Huaian GS commercial banks' operational risk to verify the effectiveness of early warning operational risk of Huaian GS commercial banks.Commercial banks' operational risk early warning control method and its application is a long-term and important issue.This paper has a preliminary exploration in this field with a combination of method and model.With the gradual application of this research,it will certainly promote the effect of Huaian GS commercial banks' operational risk control and minimize the loss of Huaian GS commercial banks' operating risk.
