It has been 40 years since reform and opening up,Chinese private enterprises have made great contributions to the China’s economic growth.Especially since the 90 s of last century,with the release of the real estate market,real estate has ushered in the golden development period of 20 years.As the upstream industry of the real estate industry,there are also a number of excellent enterprises in the window&door industry.Most of these enterprises are subcontracting enterprises which integrate material supply and engineering construction serving local production and developers.With the transformation and speed down of Chinese economic development,and the first generation of entrepreneurs is close to or has reached retirement age.Private enterprises should aim at their own characteristics(industry characteristics,enterprise status,market positioning),and conduct strategic transformation on the basis of strategic management.So that they can reshape the core competitiveness of enterprises,become more stable and achieve sustainable development.The author,who lacks systematic knowledge of management theory,has been working in the building materials industry for a long time.Through the study of MBA,the author has having a preliminary understanding of some business management theories and expecting to apply them to the work.This article mainly takes window&door company A for example.Firstly,it analyses the current situation and problems of the company itself.Then it analyses the external environment and the internal resources and capabilities of the company.Finally,it chooses and implements the strategy.In the process of analysis,PEST analysis is used to analyze the macro environment of enterprises,especially to find out some policies,new technologies,social consumption habits and other factors that have an impact on the door and window industry.The competitive environment is analyzed with the wave force five-force model.SWOT analysis is used to analyze the internal and external factors affecting the company,find out the main advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and threats that affect the company’s development,and point out the corresponding strategic measures and expected results of the company under four different types of combinations.Boston Matrix Analysis is used to find out the star business of the company,identify the opportunities and risk assessment of new business,and provide the basis for the strategic adjustment of enterprises.By establishing VRIO model,the value problem,rarity,imitation and organizational problems of enterprises are analyzed.Meanwhile,to find out the key factors that affect the sustainable competitive advantage of enterprise.In order to build the strategy implementation path.Using IFE and EFE to summarize and evaluate the internal and external environment of enterprises respectively.By QSPM model,on the basis of the results of factor evaluation in the first stage and the alternative strategies in the second stage,the best strategic path is found.In addition to using a variety of mature analysis tools and theories to guide enterprise’s strategic entrepreneurship.This article also explores the feasibility of the Second Undertaking from the aspect of "human".Strategic transformation is the optimization and adjustment based on a variety of resources accumulated by First Undertaking.For most small and medium-sized private enterprises,the inheritance is still carried on through family members,at this time it is very valuable to analyze the different generations.Man is the main body of management as well as the object of management.In the study,we uses the theory of organizational behavior to analyze intergenerational succession.In this study,we draws on domestic and foreign literature,combined with our usual work experience.It also consults some similar enterprises in the same industry for some unclassified data.This article provides referential value for the Second Undertaking of small and medium-sized building materials enterprises. |
