With the acceleration of economic globalization and the coming era of knowledge economy,competition as the essential feature of market economy has become more and more intensive and complicated.Since China has enter into WTO,the trend of deeper integration into world economy has been irreversible.While facing the opportunity,China will also be subject to the great competitive pressure from the external economy.According to this context,regional competitiveness has become one of the most significant force that determines the outcome of competition.As the influence of minor enterprises has increased in regional economic,it is particularly important for us to correctly evaluate the competitiveness of minor enterprises in different regions and study the influencing factors of their competitiveness.The emergence of e-commerce has changed the development mode of traditional foreign trade.In the future,e-commerce is bound to become the mainstream of trade mode.Chinese minor enterprises can take advantage of this new trade model to expand the market scope and enter the international market.Ecommerce has changed competitive environment,competition foundation and way of competition of minor enterprises,which means that it improves the competitiveness.Therefore,it has a distinct historical background and practical significance for us to explore the impact of e-commerce on the competitiveness of minor enterprises.Based on this,this paper focus on the impact of e-commerce on the competitiveness of minor enterprises in China.In this paper,the factors that affecting the competitiveness of local minor enterprises are divided into three main factors: direct factors,internal factors and external factors.Through analyzing these factors,the index system that affects the competitiveness of minor enterprises is established.There are three indicators can evaluate the competitiveness of local minor enterprises: regional influence,operation ability and growth and development ability.On this basis,the paper studies the influence of e-commerce on the competitiveness of local minor enterprises by building an empirical model.In this paper,two indicators that the amount of e-commerce policy and e-commerce index are selected to measure the development level of e-commerce,which regional SMEs competitiveness index measures the competitiveness of SMEs in the region.According to the results,we can come to conclude that the growth of e-commerce development index has a significant positive correlation with the improvement of the competitiveness of SMEs in different provinces among China.Meanwhile,the increase in the number of e-commerce policies has also a significant positive correlation with the improvement of the competitiveness of SMEs in various regions of China.
