Research On The Influence Of Disneyland On Surrounding Economic Relations

With the continuous development of economy and the upgrading of the consumption structure of residents,tourism has become an important industry worldwide.With its unique business pattern,the world's leading theme park,Disneyland had settled in Shanghai in 2016.Studying the future economic influences of Shanghai Disney Resort on the region is meaningful and of great significance.First of all,in order to explore the Disney theme park economic effect mechanisms,this article uses literature research,combing the historical development of Disney theme park,as well as its impacts on the surrounding relationship.By analyzing and summarizing the theoretical mechanisms of Disneyland's economic effects,this article discusses: the investment effects of infrastructure investment,the investment effects of Disneyland's operating products,stimulation on the development of surrounding real estate,tourism consumption,etc.Secondly,this article analyses the development of the five existing Disney theme parks,as well as their successful experiences.Base on the similarity of the five Disney theme parks,this article also introduces the current situation and development of Shanghai Disney Resort.Base on the results of the case study,this article analyses the economic impacts of Shanghai Disney Resort on the region.And the study finds that in the process of its construction and operation:(1)Shanghai Disney Resort will provide a great stimulation to the economic growth of Shanghai through large-scale investment;(2)with the large number of tourists it brings,Shanghai Disney Resort will greatly promote the development of Shanghai's tourism industry;(3)will promote the optimization and improvement of Shanghai's public traffic and suburbs,and will optimize the layout of Shanghai's urban space;(4)will promote the integration of regional tourism economy;(5)with the development of the economy,the demand for Disneyland will also be improved significantly.
