Research On The Impact Of Trusteeship Model On The Performance Of Land Trust Cooperatives

With the development of the advancement of agricultural modernization,a large number of rural labor force has transferred to cities.Small-scale and scattered household production mode is difficult to adapt to the requirements of the development of productivity.The phenomenon of idle or even abandoned rural land is becoming more and more serious.And It is extremely urgent to develop new agricultural management modes that meet the requirements of The Times.Land trust cooperative,by integrating the land resources of the members,unified procurement,unified field management,and unified sales,land use efficiency and grain yield can be improved,thus increasing farmers' income,enhancing agricultural competitiveness,effectively promoting the moderate scale operation of land,and making use of agricultural and rural modernization development.The development level of land trust cooperatives varies in different regions.At present,the main land trust models include "whole program" and "link type".As the largest grain crop in China,corn plays an important role in ensuring China's food security.Liaoning province has always been one of the main corn producing areas in China due to its natural conditions.This paper takes Liaoning province as an example to study the impact of the trusteeship mode of land trust cooperatives on the performance of cooperatives.In order to study the effect of land hosting pattern on the cooperative performance,this article on the basis of consulting a large number of related literature at home and abroad,combined with field research in eight areas of Lliaoning province,using the data from the survey of 157 basic situation from land managed cooperatives,cooperative basic situation,land hosting conditions and external environment four aspects carries on the descriptive statistical analysis.Then adopt the method of principal component analysis,from the internal operational level,learning level,financial level and membership level four aspects to the "all programs" land hosting cooperatives and "link" land hosting cooperative performance evaluation,taken together,"all programs" land hosting cooperative performance is superior to "link" land hosting cooperatives,in improving the efficiency of agricultural production,promote agricultural production mode transformation,"all programs" land trust model can play a greater role.On this basis,the Logistic model was applied in this paper.The performance of land trust cooperatives was taken as the dependent variable and the trusteeship model as the independent variable,respectively,to judge whether the "whole program" and "link" trusteeship model had an impact on the performance of land trust cooperatives.At the same time,in order to judge the impact of the trusteeship model on the performance more accurately,Basic information from cooperatives,cooperative basic situation,the cooperative land custody situation and external features four aspects 11 variables as control variables.According to the model verification,the effect of "full-program" land trust mode on the performance of land trust cooperative is greater than that of "link" mode.Based on the results of this article,combining with field survey and interviews,to understand thesituation,for the land hosting cooperatives to seek the optimal hosted mode,improve the land hosting cooperative performance,this paper gives the following suggestions: combined with the actual conditions of the local,promote the soil hosted mode from the "link" to the "all programs" development;Broaden the financing channels of land trust cooperatives and improve the risk guarantee mechanism of land trust cooperatives;strengthen government oversight and improve the management system and the system for distributing interests.encourage land trust cooperatives to operate on an appropriate scale and raise the efficiency of agricultural production.
