Research On The Influence Of Institutional Pressure On Quality And Safety Control Behavior

The feed industry is an important part of the agricultural economy and a pillar industry that affects the national economy and the people's livelihood.Due to the relatively low barriers to entry in the feed industry,the scale and strength of existing feed enterprises are uneven.It is difficult to achieve uniform standards in production,technology and management,resulting in feed quality and safety issues,which seriously affect the safety of livestock and poultry products.Despite the continuous introduction of relevant laws and regulations in the feed industry,the continuous improvement of relevant industry standards and the continuous improvement of the awareness of relevant practitioners,there are still many hidden dangers in feed quality and safety issues.Therefore,research based on external institutional pressures and corporate social responsibility orientation on the impact of quality and safety control behavior is crucial.Based on the external institutional pressure--corporate social responsibility orientation--the research idea of quality and safety control behavior,this paper first sorts out the related theories of institutional pressure and corporate social responsibility orientation,and summarizes and reviews related literature to find out the feasibility.Based on the research logic,the research framework of this paper is proposed.Secondly,according to the relevant research framework for empirical analysis,this paper takes 81 feed enterprises as the research object,uses the idea of dimensional reduction,and applies factor analysis method to external institutional pressure and corporate social responsibility.The orientation and quality safety control behaviors were comprehensively evaluated.The person test method and the variance expansion factor test method were used to verify that there were no serious problems between the variables,and further correlation regression analysis was possible and the regression analysis was effective.Then use multiple linear regression analysis to explore the relationship between the external institutional pressure of feed enterprises,corporate social responsibility orientation and quality safety control behavior.Finally,the conclusions of this paper are drawn:(1)External institutional pressure has a significant positive impact on quality and safety control behavior;among them,regulatory pressure,normative pressure and cognitive pressure are all on the quality and safety of enterprises.Control behavior has a significant positive impact.(2)External institutional pressure has a significant positive impact on corporate social responsibility orientation.Among them,regulatory pressure,normative pressure and cognitive pressure have a significant positive impact on corporate social responsibility orientation.(3)Corporate social responsibility orientation has a significant positive impact on quality and safety control behavior.Among them,the economic orientation has a significant negative impact on the quality and safety control behavior;The legal orientation,ethical orientation and charity orientation have a significant positive impact on the quality and safety control behavior of quality and safety control behavior.(4)Corporate social responsibility orientation plays a partial intermediary role between external institutional pressure and quality and safety control behavior.Among them,economic orientation,legal orientation,ethical orientation and charity orientation all play a partial intermediary role between external institutional pressure and corporate quality and safety control behavior.
