The Study Of Intermediary Corporate Social Responsibility Orientation For The External Pressure Mechanism And Effectiveness

In recent years,China’s food safety problems occur frequently,especially big coal mine accidents and environmental pollution phenomenon, caused the government,media and consumers to the enterprise bear the social responsibility of hot tips and thinking,scholars study is no longer confined to enterprises should fulfill social responsibility,but gradually to the corporate social responsibility mechanism of development,the research object is no longer a broad corporate social responsibility,but gradually thinning out the corporate social responsibility and corporate social responsibility orientation.This study in China’s unique enterprise culture and management environment as the background, combining the theory of corporate social responsibility and the basic theory and related research, the pressure on the external system, social responsibility orientation, internal mechanism of ethics and social capital as a variable, the intermediary variable, the introduction of corporate social responsibility orientation is put forward in the performance of social responsibilities under the premise of how to internal ethics, the concrete measures of enterprise social capital accumulation, and explore the rationality of the results, in view of the conclusion about whether law-abiding enterprises are more likely to get the public recognition, increase the public trust in the social capital and enterprise. Specific research ideas of this article is: through using internal and external research achievements in China, puts forward and analyzes the basic structure of the system of external pressure, build the internal ethics and corporate social responsibility orientation, mechanism and the mechanism of action between corporate social capital model. Using the open questionnaire investigation research model related items.Through access to scholars of the existing research results, analysis of the external system pressure(pressure, pressure regulating, cognitive), corporate social responsibility orientation(economic orientation, legal orientation, ethical orientation, orientation of charity), social capital and influence between the internal mechanism of ethics. Through the issuance of questionnaires and collected, using SPSS 21.0 system software to organize data, through descriptive statistics, reliability and validity analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis methods such as analysis of data, the conclusions of this paper.Based on 612 valid questionnaires from across the country, examines the social responsibility of drivers and the mechanism of action of the results, the system of external pressure, corporate social responsibility orientation, internal system of ethics and corporate social capital the interaction relationship between the four, get the following conclusions: 1, the system of external pressure on some significant positive influence on corporate social responsibility orientation, external system pressure specification of no significant impact on corporate social responsibility orientation, but regulatory pressure and cognitive have significant positive effects on corporate social responsibility orientation; 2, corporate social responsibility orientation and ethical orientation have significant positive influence on ethics of internal mechanism, and the economic orientation, legal orientation and charity orientation no significant impact on internal ethical mechanism; 3, all dimensions of corporate social responsibility orientation have significant positive effects on social capital; 4, external pressure, pressure regulating, cognitive have significant positive effects on social capital, regulate stress on the impact of social capital was not significant; 5 pressure, normal pressure on the internal and external system has significant positive influence on the ethical mechanism, regulating pressure and cognitive no significant impact on internal ethical mechanism; 6, corporate social responsibility orientation system of the external pressure and partial intermediary role between social capital, corporate social responsibility orientation system of the external pressure and internal partial intermediary role between ethics mechanism.This study take four variables based on a framework model, a systematic research can make people a better understanding of the related behavior of corporate social responsibility, and promote the related area of research. At the same time, for enterprise operation and management also has the important practical guiding significance.
