The rural multi-function research is a hot issue in rural geography studies under the background of "the rural revitalization strategy".The study of rural multi-function evolution and driving mechanism has important reference value for enriching rural geography theory,guiding rural transformation and rural revitalization.Based on knowledge graph analysis and traditional literature sorting method,this paper analysis the research progress of related theories at home and abroad.Using multi-index comprehensive evaluation method,a multi-function evaluation model is established to evaluate the multifunction development of rural areas in 87 counties of Hunan Province in 2005,2010 and 2016.And the characteristics of multi-function evolution of rural areas are analyzed from two dimensions of time and space.This paper studies the influencing factors and driving mechanism of rural multifunction development,and puts forward corresponding policy recommendations.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)From 2005 to 2016,the level of rural multi-function comprehensive development of counties in Hunan Province shows an upward trend.Compared with 2005-2010,the level of rural multi-function comprehensive development increases more significantly in 2010-2016.The overall pattern of rural multi-function comprehensive development level is basically unchanged,but the spatial differentiation on the whole shows the characteristics of slightly strengthened at first and then weakened.(2)From 2005 to 2016,the rural multi-function coupling degree shows an overall upward trend,reflecting that the coupling relationship between "production-life-ecology" function becomes better and the correlation effect becomes obvious.The spatial differentiation of rural multi-function coupling degree is reduced.The rural multi-function coupling degree of counties in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Tan urban agglomeration and Dongting Lake area shows a trend of increasing first and then decreasing.The rural multi-function coupling degree of counties in central Hunan and southern Hunan shows a steadily increasing feature.The rural multifunction coupling degree of most counties in Western Hunan is always at a lower level.(3)The change of rural multi-function type districts is more obvious from 2005 to 2010,and tends to be stable from 2010 to 2016.About the rural multi-function type districts,there is obvious spatial imbalance.The rural multi-function type districts of counties in the Changsha-ZhuzhouXiangtan urban agglomeration are mainly production function oriented,life function oriented,and production-life function oriented.The rural multi-function type districts of counties in western Hunan and southern Hunan are mainly ecological function oriented,production-ecological function oriented,and life-ecological function oriented.(4)The evolution of rural multi-function is mainly influenced by natural factors,economic factors,social factors and policy factors.Through the method of GeoDetector on the impact factors,it can be found that the improvement of regional economic development level is the main factor affecting the multi-function evolution of rural areas.The driving mechanism framework of rural multi-function evolution is composed of support force,supply force,demand force and control force.Various driving forces,through synergy,complement each other and jointly drive the multi-function evolution of the countryside.(5)The countermeasures and suggestions to realize the steady evolution of rural multi-function include promoting the balance of supply and demand of rural multi-function,promoting the optimization of rural multi-function structure,and promoting the coordinated development of urban and rural multi-function.
