| Xiangxi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture(hereinafter referred to as "Xiangxi")has been known to the world through its beautiful natural scenery and mysterious minority culture.The tourism resources of Xiangxi are abundant and unique,but the inconvenient transportation system of mountain areas leads to poverty and backwardness.On one hand,traffic is an important basis for promoting the development of tourism industry and essential to economic and social development.On the other hand,the development of tourism industry also has a constructive impact on the transport infrastructure and traffic structure.It is an urgent need for poverty alleviation and sustainable development in the minority areas of Xiangxi to study the coordination relationship between traffic construction and tourism development,in order to build a comprehensive transportation network,give full play to the core driving role of tourism highway,and promote the development of tourism in Xiangxi.This paper takes traffic construction as the breakthrough point,links with the tourism industry inside Xiangxi,and analyses the coordinated development of traffic construction and tourism development.Guided by synergetics theory,sustainable development theory and coordination degree theory,this paper combines quantitative evaluation with qualitative analysis.Firstly,the index system of traffic construction system and tourism development system in Xiangxi is established.With the help of SPSS 20.0 statistical software,the evaluation index of coordinated development of traffic construction and tourism development in eight counties and cities of Xiangxi and the whole Prefecture is calculated.Finally,through the horizontal and vertical comparison of the data,the reasons for the unbalanced and uncoordinated development of transportation and tourism industry in Xiangxi are found out,and the corresponding suggestions for promotingthe coordinated development of transportation construction and tourism development in Xiangxi are put forward.The conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Combining the current situation of traffic construction and tourism development in Xiangxi,this paper summarizes following problems: imperfect highway function level,low technical grade of road network,inadequate accessibility of scenic spots,inadequate comprehensive development of highway corridors,inadequate traffic service facilities,unsound management system,backward marketing mode,single product development and stagnant infrastructure between the two systems.(2)This paper gives comprehensive analysis of the development level and coordinated development index of traffic tourism in Xiangxi and its counties and cities,showing that the average coordinated index of each county and city in Xiangxi is low,and the fluctuation between different years is obvious.The unbalance of traffic construction among counties and cities in Xiangxi leads to great differences in the degree of traffic development among counties and cities.The lag of road traffic construction,especially the construction of road traffic facilities serving tourism,leads to the unbalance of the coordinated development of traffic and tourism systems in Western Hunan,and affects the coordinated development of the whole traffic and tourism system in Xiangxi.(3)The countermeasure of coordinated development of traffic construction and tourism development in Xiangxi,including the principles and objectives of coordinated development,the ideas and countermeasures of coordinated development,and the organization and management guarantee of coordinated development.This paper puts forward concrete countermeasures and suggestions for coordinated development from the aspects of increasing foreign tourism channels,constructing tourism skeleton highways in Xiangxi,perfecting tourism connecting highways,developing rural tourism highways,and building newtourism traffic service facilities. |
