Research On The Regional Economic Diparity And Coordinated Development Countermeasure In Guizhou

Regional economic difference is a universal phenomenon in the process of regional economic development. The change of regional difference has direct or indirect effect on the regional economic development policy, regional economic relation, the whole run model of national economy, as well as social development. Therefore, the regional difference becomes one of the hot research problems of regional economics. Guizhou Province's economic development has made great strides since the reform and opening up, but its internal economic difference problems become increasingly clear. Therefore, this paper uses validating research method to study the internal regional economic differences taking the example of Guizhou Province. This can not only provide theoretical basis and policy advice for the economic development in the domain of Guizhou and other provinces, which has important theoretical significance, but also have important practical significance for promoting the economic development and realizing the economic rise in Guizhou province.Based on the summary of many research results at home and abroad, this paper firstly measured the difference and evolution process of Guizhou Province's regional economy from the time angle using latest 10 years'data by means of absolute difference and relative difference analyzing method. The calculation results show that the regional economic difference in Guizhou Province generally appears the trend of expansion year by year.Secondly, making the nine regions or prefectures of Guizhou Province as research unit and selecting 16 indexes, this paper empirical analyzes and evaluates the region economic status of economic development level in Guizhou Province by statistical analysis software of spass11.5 using principal component analysis method, Theile coefficient, relative ratio of per capita GDP S, relative prosperity degree qi jand cycle prosperity Qi of Guizhou Province.According to the evaluation results, the following conclusions can be acquired. First, the nine regions or prefectures of Guizhou Province can be divided into four major categories, such as developed regions, relative developed regions, generally developed regions, underdeveloped province area, among which the number of underdeveloped regions is largest. These regions or prefectures mainly concentrated distribute in northwestern, southeastern, northeastern and southwestern of Guizhou Province. Second, the Economic difference is significant in provincial regions, which overall observes the tendency of East - West vertical distribution. The center and north Guizhou Province have the highest development level, followed by northern , and the northeastern and northwestern of Guizhou is most backward.Then this paper analyzes the causes of regional economic difference in Guizhou Province from the factors such as nature and location, policy emphasis difference, industrial structure, population growth and human capital, investment in fixed assets, production factors investment and so on. And they are demonstrated by some relevant data and calculation methods.Finally, according to the practical situation of Guizhou Province, paper proposed a conception for regional economy developing coordinated in Guizhou Province through referring the relevant economic development experience of developed regions. This conception indicates that the underdeveloped regions'economy should be promoted under the situation of not decrease economic effect and the regional economic difference should be controlled at certain level through carrying out non-balanced and coordinated development strategy. Meanwhile, every regions should emphasize six strategic issues such as making use of relative advantages, highlighting special economy, strengthening infrastructure construction and industrial structure upgrading, increasing the economic opening-up efforts, developing domestic and foreign trade, paying high attention to the strictly control of population growth and making great efforts to improve the population quality. And Guizhou Province should promote the economy developing coordinated in urban and rural areas, carry out economic exchanges and cooperation extensively with developed provinces and try to fully integrate into the Chengdu Chongqing economic circle and the Pearl River Delta economic region.
