Accurate Poverty Alleviation Under The Perspective Of "Tourism Poverty Alleviation"

Encouraging travel industry has become a critical method to promoting economic development.With the expansion of its engagement,tourism is now taking more social function by helping certain region and area to against poverty.It is widely involved in the academic world that attracting low income people into travel industry can help them get rid of poverty and promoting local economic development.This article is based on the targeting poverty alleviation theory by China Communist Party to analyzing some past poverty alleviation practice.Those analysis are aiming to find insufficiencies of previous practice and providing possible suggestions,from the macro perspective,related to the fairness and targeting during the process.Firstly,this article studied existing theory and analyzed past poverty alleviation practice through travel,both domestic and international,to seeking insufficiency.As a result,this paper pointed out that the core issue of travel-guided poverty alleviation should be precise object targeting instead of eccentric on economic development.Secondly,by studying various related theories and cases,this article taking feasible capability as the critical method for travel-guided poverty alleviation.The importance of recognition process has also been reinforced.Thirdly,social fairness and justice issue have also been analyzed from theory level.Travel-guided poverty alleviation is taking the objects as the center and precise targeting as priority,which focus on the long term development and benefit of the objects.It is a systematic,direct and targeting poverty alleviation practice and also promoting personal development of those objects at the same time.Lastly,this article also discussed other solutions and possibilities of travel-based poverty alleviation.Two systematic establishments are able to ensure the applicable of travel-based poverty alleviation.
