Research On Tourism Development Model Of Qingdao Tianheng Town Under The Background Of New Urbanization

With the continuous improvement of people’s income index and the increasing leisure time,China’s rural tourism has developed rapidly.Rural tourism is not only conducive to the development of social economy,culture and ecology,but also very important for the construction of new urbanization.However,the rural tourism in China started relatively late,and the development is still not perfect.Therefore,the necessity of researching and developing the rural tourism development model under the background of new urbanization is very big.The research in this paper uses the following three methods: literature research method,questionnaire survey method,macroscopic & microscopic analysis.By analyzing the research background and research significance,it analyzes the connotation,mechanism and adaptability of new urbanization and rural tourism.The development history and development status of rural tourism in Tianheng Town,based on the survey of residents’ perceptions and attitudes in Tianheng Town,put forward the development model of rural tourism in Tianheng Town under the background of new urbanization,and proposed the realization of this model.The countermeasures for the tourism development model of Tianheng Town.This paper summarizes and explores the tourism development model of Tianheng Town under the background of new urbanization,and draws the following conclusions:(1)In the context of new urbanization,rural tourism in Tianheng Town should adhere to the development model of “government-led,enterprise-based,communities & residents’ participation”.This model is conducive to the use of good opportunities for the development of new urbanization,promote the coordinated development of various industries and industries,and promote integration of new urbanization and rural tourism.(2)In view of the problems existing in the operation of this model,this paper proposes to give full play to the rationalization of the government’s leading role,cooperation between tourism enterprises and community residents.(3)This paper focuses more on exploring and constructing a concrete model of rural tourism development under the background of new urbanization,which has reference and reference value for the development of rural tourism in other regions.In short,the new urbanization has many new requirements for the development of rural tourism.Only by fully understanding the essence of new urbanization and applying it to practical operations,it will promote the sustainable development of rural tourism in Tianheng Town.
