Long-term Care Insurance Fund Risk Management Research

Since the implementation of long-term care insurance in China,15 pilot cities and 2 key contact provinces have started the pilot work,and initial results have been achieved.However,there are still many risks in the management of its exclusive fund,namely long-term care insurance fund,which need to be managed urgently.In this paper,from the risk of long-term care insurance fund,in the long protection fund risk management index on the basis of design,on the current status of long protection fund risk management in our country are analyzed,and combined with the empirical data Linqu county magistrate in Shandong province to protect the present situation of the fund risk management are analyzed,on the basis of finding out the long fund risk management problems,and analyzes its causes,finally put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the above problem.First of all,this paper introduces the concept of long-term care fund risk management,and based on this,finds out the risk of long-term care fund,and establishes the evaluation index of long-term care fund risk management from three aspects of financing,payment,management and supervision,which lays the foundation for the following analysis.Secondly,combining with the above long protects the evaluation index of the fund risk management,on the current status of long protection fund risk management in our country are briefly analyzed,long 15 pilot cities of our country to protect the fund risk management practice has carried on the detailed comparative analysis,on the basis of the selected long insurance protection key contact province one county of Shandong province,carries on the empirical analysis.Thirdly,the paper briefly introduces the long-term care fund management modes in Germany,Japan and Taiwan of China,and analyzes the long-term care fund risk management in Germany,Japan and Taiwan of China based on the long-term care fund risk management index system mentioned above,and draws the enlightenment.Finally,based on the causes of the problems in the risk management of long-term care insurance funds,this paper puts forward suggestions on the risk management of long-term care insurance funds in China from the aspects of financing,payment,management and supervision.This paper is intended to provide suggestions for the risk management of long-term care funds.
