The competition in the banking industry is increasingly fierce,and the environment of financial regulation is increasingly strict.In the new market environment,commercial Banks are facing unprecedented challenges.Commercial Banks adhere to the "market-oriented,customer-centric" business philosophy,and the development of "talent strategy",in order to promote their own steady development.The implementation of performance appraisal is a key step in the in-depth implementation of the "people-oriented" concept,which can meet the aspirations of employees for a better life,continuously stimulate the innovation and creativity of employees,and achieve the strategic development goals of the enterprise.For commercial Banks,it is an important measure to design a set of performance assessment scheme for customer managers that can promote the sustainable and steady development of enterprises.It is also an important deployment of talent strategy,and an important way to smooth the career promotion channel for employees,stimulate and protect their professional enthusiasm and quality.Firstly,this paper introduces the existing research theories of performance appraisal methods of domestic and foreign scholars,sorts them out,evaluates and summarizes them,and provides theoretical guidance.Next to the bank of CA,VB as an example,according to the VB branch of the current business development situation,analyses the performance evaluation system research,found that the current customer manager performance evaluation system of the present situation and the problem,the customer manager from the age structure,professional structure,title structure,evaluation system to analyze the status quo,and cause of the problem summary,constructed according to the shortcomings of the balanced scorecard and key performance indicators as the main tool of the improved assessment of customer manager system;Then from the system level,communication level,technical level and personnel level,the corresponding implementation guarantee measures of the performance improvement plan are proposed,so as to improve the performance process supervision and tracking system of the customer manager;Finally,the conclusion of this paper is drawn to explore a highly operable and applicable performance appraisal system for customer managers of CA bank VB branch.
