With the explosive development of Internet technology,especially the arrival of mobile Internet and social network,the competition situation of traditional telecommunication industry for many years has obviously been greatly impacted by enterprises outside the industry,and the living environment of telecommunication operators has become increasingly bad.This series of new challenges brought by the era of "Internet +" make the traditional telecom operators have to actively explore and adjust the new situation of "Internet +" and add their own marketing strategy to the thinking of "Internet +" to ensure the sustainable development of enterprises in the new environment.Since the acquisition of the 4G license in 2008,after a period of rapid development,the market share of C Telecom Company has not been effectively improved or even decreased since 2012.By the end of 2017,the market share of C Telecom Company's mobile business is only 16.18%.There is still a huge gap from the goal of one third of the world.In addition,broadband and voice messaging revenue have fallen sharply in the context of speed cuts,the company's overall revenue growth pressure is enormous.Under such circumstances,how to study and formulate better marketing strategies to seize more mobile market share is of strategic significance to the company.This paper aims to enhance the market share of C Telecom's mobile business.By studying the marketing strategy suitable for C Telecom's mobile business development under the background of "Internet +",we can solve the problems encountered in the development of mobile services and achieve the goal of sustained revenue growth.This paper mainly applies SWOT analysis theory,7PS marketing strategy and so on.On the basis of analyzing the mobile business market environment of C Telecom Company,it analyzes the current marketing strategy,effect and existing problems.Combined with the relevant theories and the actual situation of C Telecom Company,it proposes to improve the mobile business of C Telecom Company.Marketing strategy optimization recommendations.The research shows that C Telecom needs to take measures to further optimize the grade range of mobile network products,pay close attention to the development of user needs,and carry out marketing activities on the basis of deep mining of customers' usage behavior with large data.In marketing,combining the characteristics of both online and offline channels,giving full play to the advantages of both online and offline channels,applying network marketing ideas for product promotion;optimizing and improving the existing business assessment mechanism and the corresponding organizational structure,ensuring the implementation of enterprise marketing strategies and other measures to achieve mobile business Steady development,to maintain their competitiveness in the industry,to avoid being eliminated by the industry.
