Research On The Boundary Of Sharing Economy And The Dilemma Of Sharing Economy Development

the sharing economy became a new driving force to promote China's economic development.However,there are some problems in the practical operation of the sharing economy.For example,driven by interests,the extension of the sharing economy keeps expanding which brings about the market to expand ceaselessly.In the name of sharing,there are many economic forms that make up the number,such as "sharing umbrellas","sharing basketball",etc.As a result,the sharing economy almost become synonymous with sharingism,with unclear boundary and disorderly development.Because the sharing product has important features.There is the separation between ownership and use right of sharing product,what's more,there are also characteristics of the socialization of the right to use.This kind of property relationship makes the sharing product have the characteristics of quasi-public products---its property rights relationship is theoretically clear,but in the actual operation process it causes some problems such as difficulty in defining responsibility,high supervision cost,and difficulty in safeguarding rights.All these have become the constraints to the stable,healthy and sustainable development of the sharing economy.In view of the problems existing in the operation of the sharing economy,this paper attempts to study the relationship between the sharing economy boundary and its dilemma from the perspective of the sharing economy boundary.From an economic point of view,the clearer the boundary,the lower the transaction cost.Therefore,clarifying the boundary of the sharing economy and overcoming a series of problems brought by the special property rights of the sharing products are the key for the sharing economy to get out of its development dilemma.This paper holds that: First,the sharing economy is not sharing doctrine.It is not without boundaries.Sharing economy has the applicable scope of products,and this "applicable scope" is the boundary of sharing economy.Second,sharing products have high transaction costs on the operational level due to their special property right relationship.Only by clearly defining the boundaries between the subjects--suppliers,consumers and regulators of the products,can the dilemma of "The Tragedy of the Commons" and "The Logic of Collective Action" be avoided as far as possible.Therefore,this paper defines the connotation and characteristics of the “boundary” of the sharing economy from the product boundary of the sharing economy,the property boundary of the sharing product,the moral boundary and the responsibility boundary of the main subjects.On the basis of in-depth discussion of the relationship between the sharing economic boundary and the current dilemma of sharing development,this paper points out that the unclear boundary of sharing economy products leads to the blind and disorderly expansion of sharing economy;The Tragedy of Commons is inherent in the property right relationship of sharing products;The establishment of responsibility boundary and moral boundary is the premise and guarantee for the development of sharing economy.The establishment of sharing concept,credit information system and honesty consciousness is the soil for the emergence and sustainable development of the sharing economy,and the soft power for establishing moral and responsibility boundaries.this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to construct the moral and responsibility boundary of the subject to ensure the healthy development of the sharing economy.The possible innovations in this paper are as follows: First,the boundary of the sharing economy and its connotation are systematically defined from the product boundary of the sharing economy,the boundary of the property rights of the sharing products,moral boundary and responsibility boundary of the subject.Second,the research perspective is relatively new.Starting from the relationship between the boundary of sharing economy and the dilemma of sharing economy development,this paper studies how to achieve stable,healthy and sustainable development of China's current sharing economy.
