Technological Innovation Promotes The Study Of Green Economic Efficiency

During the 40 years of reform and opening up,the main driving force for China's economic development was the rapid development of heavy industry and the construction of large-scale infrastructure.This extensive economic development model brought China's remarkable economic achievements,but also made China pay a heavy burden.The report of the 19 th National Congress stated that it is necessary to build a beautiful China and promote green development.As the basic unit of the country,the city plays an important role in the process of building an innovative country and achieving high-quality economic development in China.At present,the research on the efficiency of green economy in academia mainly starts from the regional or provincial level,focusing on the research on its influencing factors,and rarely studies the technological innovation to improve the efficiency of green economy.As an inexhaustible motive force for sustainable economic development,technological innovation has an irreplaceable role in breaking through the constraints of resources and environment and realizing economic growth.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the impact of technological innovation on the efficiency of green economy.This article takes 272 cities in Chian from2012 to 2016 as samples,focusing on the impact of technological innovation on green economy efficiency.First of all,through a review of domestic and international research achievements on technological innovation and green economy efficiency,a more in-depth analysis of the basic theories of technological innovation and green economy efficiency,and a conceptual definition of technological innovation,green economy and green economy efficiency.Secondly,the analysis of multi-index evaluation system for technological innovation is carried out.From a national and regional perspective,a brief analysis of the time and spatial distribution of technological innovation in China is conducted.Then,using the SBM model with undesired output to measure the green economy efficiency of each city,according to the calculation results,the time and space distribution of China's green economy efficiency is analyzed from the national and regional perspectives.Finally,based on the results of technological innovation and green economy efficiency,the panel Tobit regression model of empirical research is constructed,and regression analysis is carried out from the national sample and regional samples.The research results show that:(1)It is concluded that technological innovation has a significant improvement effect on green economy efficiency.(2)The level of economic development,the area of urban built-up areas,and the actual use of foreign investment have a certain impact on the improvement of green economy efficiency.More importantly,according to the regression results,the government plays an irreplaceable role in the green development process,and the government should play its guiding and supervisory role for individual producers.In view of the empirical analysis of technological innovations that have a significant effect on the efficiency of green economy,on the basis of combining China's national conditions,it is proposed to increase investment in technological innovation and achieve key innovations in key areas;optimize energy consumption structure and reduce consumption of traditional fossil energy;develop high-tech and accelerate industrial transformation and upgrading;In view of the empirical analysis of technological innovations that have a significant effect on the efficiency of green economy,on the basis of combining China's national conditions,it is proposed to increase investment in technological innovation and achieve key innovations in key areas;optimize energy consumption structure and reduce consumption of traditional fossil energy;develop high-tech,accelerate industrial transformation and upgrading;actively innovate green production technology,and construct policy recommendations in four aspects of green industry system to further promote green and high-quality development of China's economy.
