Research On The Obstacles And Solutions To The Development Of The Fourth Party Logistics

In recent years,people have become more aware that the development of modern logistics industry can not only make great contributions to the economy of our country,but also promote the development of related industries.The third party logistics enterprises' single business and the inability to achieve information sharing have made China's logistics industry enter a bottleneck period.The Fourth Party Logistics can integrate the resources owned by the upstream and downstream companies in the supply chain and combine its own technology to create a set of supply chain integration solutions for customers.Therefore,the development of Fourth Party Logistics can solve the current difficulties.This article first elaborates the current development status of China's fourth party logistics,focuses on the obstacles that hinder the development of fourth party logistics in China,and uses an interpretative structural model to clarify the hierarchical relationships among various factors and build influence on fourth party logistics.Explain the structural model of development and explore the direct and influential factors that affect the development of Fourth Party Logistics;Then use crossover matrix multiplication to classify all the barrier factors to find all the key barriers,and use the vector autoregressive model in econometrics to evaluate the effects of the three most representative key barriers and evaluate the key factors.The degree of influence on the development of the fourth party logistics;Finally,we will focus on the establishment of solutions to key obstacles,and formulate detailed implementation countermeasures and suggestions for the development of fourth-party logistics in China,so as to promote the integration and upgrading of China's modern logistics industry.This article focuses on three aspects:(1)Comprehensive analysis of domestic and foreign literatures and materials on the development of the fourth party logistics status,sorting out and summarizing relevant documents,refining 13 factors that mainly hinder the development of fourth party logistics in our country,and constructing obstacles to the development of fourth party logistics.The explanation of the structural model of the factors has led to the direct and influential factors that have affected the development of the Fourth Party Logistics.(2)On the basis of the reachability matrix of Chapter 3,we use cross-matrix multiplication(MICMAC)to calculate the impetus and dependence of barriers that hinder the development of fourth-party logistics in China,and classify obstacles and extract all the keys factor.Then select the three most representative key factors for empirical research,use the vector autoregressive model to assess its impact on the development of fourth party logistics,and analyze the key factors of the role of the fourth party logistics development mechanism,and through The comparison of the growth rate of the fourth-party logistics industry's revenue during 2007-2016 will be used to assess the importance of key factors for the development of fourth-party logistics.(3)To build a solution to the key factors in the development of fourth party logistics,and finally to formulate a detailed implementation plan for the development of fourth party logistics in China.
