Research On Performance Audit Of Yancheng Public Engineering Project

In recent years,as the government investment is gradually inclined to the field of public engineering projects,the number and scale of public engineering projects have doubled year by year,and more and more problems have appeared in the implementation and management of public engineering projects.For example,the construction management of public engineering projects is not in place,the capital construction procedures are not in place,the bidding work is not standardized,and even loss and waste occur.Therefore,the performance audit of public engineering projects has gradually entered the public's vision and gradually become the focus.To strengthen the research on the theory and practice of performance evaluation of public engineering projects,the first step is to establish and improve a unified and applicable performance evaluation mechanism system of public engineering projects,and play an effective role in the evaluation of public engineering projects.Firstly,this paper introduces the related concepts of performance audit of public engineering projects.Then,around the project audit scheme,it builds a performance audit model of public engineering projects in four periods: pre-project,project construction,project completion and project operation,and uses the performance audit model to analyze and evaluate the model highway traffic engineering projects.Then,combined with the final evaluation results,it elaborates the problems that restrict the development of Yancheng public engineering project performance audit,and analyses the reasons.Finally,it summarizes the relevant countermeasures to strengthen the construction management of public engineering projects and the breakthroughs to improve project performance audit,including strengthening the level of project construction management,establishing and improving the audit evaluation system,improving the quality of performance audit evaluation,and actively implementing the audit results announcement system.This paper takes Fan Highway Transportation Project as an example,takes performance audit as the research method,studies the performance audit of Yancheng Public Engineering Project from the perspective of public management,puts forward the countermeasures to strengthen project management and performance audit,and ultimately improves the level of construction management of Yancheng Public Engineering Project.
