With the economic globalization and the further development of technological revolution,market competition is increasingly fierce.In this battle behind,talent competition is the most important.In recent years,with the gradual establishment and improvement of Chinese socialist market economy system,the domestic medicine market competition is increasingly fierce,therefore,Xiamen ly pharmacy stores must find out the reasons for employee turnover and put forward a targeted preventive measures to study how in the increasingly fierce market competition,Xiamen ly Pharmacy stores how to attract employees,retain the employees,manage the employees,thus the employees do their duty,suitable their duty.This paper analyzes the data of employee turnover from 2013 to 2017 in Xiamen Ly Pharmacy stores,It is found that the number of the outflow of talent and the rate of the outflow of talent are on the rise,the proportion of the outflow of talent is not low,and the lower the educational background,the more the number of the outflow of talent.It is found that the general job satisfaction of Xiamen ly Pharmacy stores is mainly related to "work pressure,salary and welfare system,training and development opportunities,leadership Mode",in addition,"family reasons"(Marriage,Separation,care for the elders,go home,etc.),salary and welfare system,work pressure,physical causes(pregnancy,tocolysis,,physical discomfort,etc.),promotion opportunities,and the relationship with leaders and colleagues is the main reason for the turnover of the stores employees in 2017.Three main factors that affect the turnover employees in Xiamen ly Pharmacy stores: First,social factors,including social security,regional development,the diversity of pharmaceutical services,the concept of change,the cost of the loss of 5 aspects;second,organizational factors,mainly focus on family and physical reasons,psychological management,salary and welfare,personal development and promotion,the work environment and other factors,the third is their own factors,including the injustice of employment,the realization of self-worth.Finally,it is suggested that Xiamen ly Pharmacy stores should adopt the brand image of Xiamen ly pharmacy stores,establish and perfect the salary distribution system and welfare system,construct a scientific learning and training system,reasonably plan the professional career of the stores employees,establish the pressure management system of the stores employees,perfect the appointment and training system of the stores manager,construction of excellent Xiamen ly pharmacy stores enterprise culture,stores employees turnover with the stores management assessment of the combination,find turnover employees "loss of resources" and other countermeasures to prevent and control the unreasonable loss of stores employees to promote the sustainable development of the Xiamen ly pharmacy stores.
