Subcontract management is the manifestation of enterprise core value in subcontract management activities,the decomposition and implementation of enterprise strategic objectives in subcontract management,the control of upstream and downstream management chains and the allocation of resources,and the management level of employees.From the external perspective,it involves the external influence of the enterprise,the ability to integrate external resources,the ability to quickly respond to changes in the external environment,and the position of the enterprise in the industry.Taking Q Company as an example,the author analyzes the existing problems and causes from the current situation of subcontract management,and tries to put forward countermeasures by consulting literature,referring to the successful experience of various industries on specific management issues and management tools that have been applied.The main problems of subcontract management in Q company are: rigid organizational structure,unreasonable post function design,backward management means,lack of initiative in staff work and so on.The main reasons are: the existing organizational structure system can not meet the needs of the company’s development,can not make full use of advanced technical means and management concepts to manage,the implementation of management to give full play to the importance of employee value awareness is not enough.The main countermeasures are: organizational structure,through the implementation of the holistic system to solve the problems of function and role mismatch,unreasonable allocation of resources,heavy workload and difficult to guarantee quality.In terms of management means,it can reduce management costs,reduce information asymmetry,grasp initiative of subcontracting negotiation,communicate barriers to information transmission,realize knowledge sharing,save management costs and reduce low-level errors,and standardize ways and means to avoid risks and solve problems by implementing standardization.Over-strengthened assessment enables employees’ management behavior to be integrated with the company’s strategic objectives.In the implementation of management,we can improve work enthusiasm byunderstanding employees’ potential motivation and relying on targeted incentives;improve employees’ sense of control and sense of work,and improve work efficiency by arranging work schedule rationally through load maps;and implement internal benchmarking management by establishing learning organizations.Recognize and bring into play the value of employees and improve the quality of work.
