Research On Collaborative Agglomeration Development Of Producer Service Industry And Manufacturing Industry In Guangdong Province

At the present stage,China’s economy has entered a critical period of developing producer services,promoting industrial structure adjustment and speeding up industrial transformation and upgrading.Promoting the development of industrial agglomeration and promoting the"double wheel drive"of modern producer services and advanced manufacturing industry is the key to realize the industrial transformation and upgrading in China.The development of cooperative agglomeration among industries will be the normal state of China’s economic development in the future.At the same time,the cooperative agglomeration development mode formed between producer services and manufacturing industry will also play a more prominent strategic role in the industrial development.Based on this,this paper firstly cards and summarizes the existing researches on the interactive development of producer service industry and manufacturing industry from the angles of industrial collaborative development and industrial collaborative agglomeration.Then,it respectively described the present situation of the development of producer service and manufacturing industry in Guangdong Province and the existing problems in the process of collaborative development.Then we measure the degree of industrial concentration:using location entropy index,spatial Gini coefficient,H index and E-G index to analyze and measured the specialization degree and market concentration degree and spatial concentration degree of producer services and manufacturing sub-industries in Guangdong Province respectively.TheCA_ij index is used to measure the degree of industrial agglomeration,the industrial correlation between producer services and manufacturing sub-industry portfolio,and the degree of spatial industrial agglomeration are quantitatively measured,and the relationship between industrial synergy and agglomeration is identified and divided.On the basis of the measurement results,three conclusions are drawn,and a new way of thinking on the development of industrial agglomeration in Guangdong Province is put forward according to the conclusions:First-tier cities should make good use of the advantages of high concentration of producer services,vigorously develop advanced manufacturing,and give full play to the important role of producer services in upgrading the value chain of manufacturing and to make the advanced manufacturing industry and the regional producer services,especially the high-end producer services to form a better cluster;Second-tier and third-tier cities can develop modern producer services rely on the existing manufacturing clusters,promote the integration of the industrial chain,and realize the transformation and upgrading of the industry.The fourth-tier and fifth-tier cities in the underdeveloped areas of eastern Guangdong and northwest China should first realize the cluster development of manufacturing industry through the carrier of industrial parks,and stimulate the demand of local producer services through the agglomeration of manufacturing industries,so as to promote the agglomeration of producer services.Finally,according to the new development ideas,some suggestions are put forward to promote the coordinated development of Guangdong producer service industry and manufacturing industry:set up coordination mechanism,based on their own advantages,perfect the policy system,and train high-quality talents.
