In the past four decades,China’s urbanization has developed rapidly.While urbanization has promoted China’s social and economic development,it has also brought about serious ecological and environmental damage.One of the most notable thing among these is the destruction of ecosystems,which is caused by large-scale land type conversion during urban construction.Ecosystem services are products and services that ecosystems provide to human society directly or indirectly.They are the basis for the survival and development of human society.Land is the carrier of ecosystem services,and changes of land use cover will bring about changes of type and quality of urban ecosystem services.Therefore,optimizing allocation of urban land resources,so as to maintain or even improve urban ecosystem services value on the basis of meeting social and economic development,is of great significance to the sustainable development of cities.Taking Hangzhou,China as an example,this study applies the interval fuzzy chanceconstrained model to the optimization of land use structure.In this study,we set the goal as maximizing the ecosystem service value(ESV),and construct the interval fuzzy chance-constrained land use allocation(IFCC-LUA)model to obtain the optimization structure of land use and the maximum possible ecosystem service value in Hangzhou city in 2020.Results show that the maximum ecosystem service value in Hangzhou in 2020 is [760,783] billion yuan;the land use structure optimization can increase the ecological land area;the objective function and related constraints in the IFCC-LUA model have high requirements on model membership degree,and the optimal selection of membership degree determines the optimal solution and optimal value of the model.In this study,the membership degree of the objective function and the constraints is ? ?[0.69,0.82].The IFCC-LUA model focuses on optimizing the value interval of the membership degree ?,and taking the value interval of the membership degree ? as a reference to obtain the optimal solution and the optimal value.Therefore,in the policy making process,the values of the decision variables and the objective function can be adjusted with the change of actual value of the membership degree ?,so as to choose the optimal solution.The interval fuzzy chance-constrained model constructed in this study can effectively solve the problems of uncertainty and ambiguity,which exists in the determination of parameters,variables,constraints.Using interval,fuzzy and chance constraints instead of specific values and certain rand-size relationships can relax the requirement of information acquisition,thus own high practicability.The conclusions drawn in this paper have great practical significance for the Hangzhou Municipal Government to carry out scientific and rational land planning.
