| Entering the 21st century,China has ushered in the "Internet Age".Internet has gradually integrated and extended into various fields, with a deeper and broader impact. In order to seize the opportunities in international competition, many countries have formulated development strategies around "Internet +".As the process of economic globalization accelerates, how to win in the trade competition and enhance the core competitiveness can be traced back to innovation.Internet has triggered the restructuring and construction of production modes, production relations and production factors in various fields.Under the catalysis of Internet, rapid and high-quality innovation has become the driving force for the development of various industries.High-tech industries are the leading force to gradually promote and upgrade to the high-level and high-tech value chain in China. It is also the gathering place and transformation platform for advanced and sophisticated technologies. Its innovation will promote the scientific and technological innovation and structural optimization of the whole society.Internet and high-tech industries complement each other, and their deep integration will greatly promote joint innovation and development. How Internet can better drive the innovation and development of high-tech industries is a problem that needs to be solved in social development. In this context, this paper analyses the mechanism of development of Internet and high-tech industries innovation, trying to provide a reference for understanding the deep integration of Internet and high-tech industries innovation.Based on the value chain perspective,R&D innovation activities of high-tech industries can be divided into two sub-processes: R&D stage and achievement transformation stage.Under the premise of pointing out the spillover effect of Internet on high-tech industries innovation, this paper discusses three transmission mechanisms of Internet-driven two-stage innovation development of high-tech industries, and puts forward research hypothesis.Investigate the reality of Internet and the two-stage innovation of high-tech industries, studies the two-stage innovation efficiency by SFA,and constructs linear regression and threshold regression models to empirically analyze the linear and non-linear effects of Internet development level on R&D efficiency and achievement transformation efficiency of high-tech industries from 2006 to 2016.The main conclusions are as follows: firstly, from the provincial level,China’s Internet development level is not high and unbalanced, the efficiency of R&D and achievement transformation shows the spatial characteristics of "East high and low west",and the achievement transformation efficiency is significantly higher than it.Secondly, the Internet has a significant driving effect on R&D efficiency and achievement transformation efficiency of high-tech industries. There is a stage heterogeneity, which promotes R&D efficiency more than achievement transformation efficiency.Thirdly,Internet only has a non-linear effect on R&D efficiency of high-tech industries, and there is a single threshold effect. As the level of Internet development increases,it shows a nonlinear effect of increasing marginal efficiency. There is no non-linear relationship between Internet and achievement transformation efficiency.Based on this,in order to promote the deep integration of Internet and high-tech industries innovation,we should optimize the allocation of Internet resources and promote the coordinated development of network;improve the allocation of innovative resources, focus on the dual-track drive of high-efficiency innovation;establish a collaborative innovation platform to promote the deep integration of Internet and high-tech innovation. In this process, the government should do a good job in the corresponding guarantee work,in order to achieve a virtuous innovation cycle of mutual promotion. |
