In this paper,we study in the first place in our country under the background of Internet + KT clothing company as the research object,with KT company Internet clothing custom new model as the research subject,discussed in the development process of our country Internet + the impact of the traditional economy,this paper analyses the feature of the market economy,compared to traditional garment production mode,explore the advantage of clothing custom pattern,explore the new mode of combining Internet + and clothing customization.Second draw lessons from the domestic and foreign scholars for Internet marketing and marketing strategy theory and related concepts,using PEST model,industry competition structure analysis,SWOT analysis and other research methods,analysis the current macro environment KT company,clothing customization market competition environment,and KT company faces the opportunity and challenge,advantage and disadvantage,according to the results of the analysis of the whole market segmentation,determine the market positioning,from product strategy,pricing strategy,channel strategy,brand promotion strategy for the enterprise put forward on the aspects of effective marketing strategy.Finally,safeguard measures are formulated from the aspects of strengthening data construction,building member management system and improving service capacity,so as to promote the implementation of KT company’s new mode.The application of Internet + clothing customization can make clothing brand marketing activities and communication channels have a broader space to display,and can also effectively improve the effect and efficiency of clothing brand information communication.
