In recent years,with the improvement of China's economic level,the influx of advanced consumption concepts in developed countries and the improvement of the education level of the population,the savings structure of Chinese residents has undergone tremendous changes,and people realize the importance of diversification of asset allocation.At present,China's large-scale capital management,including banking personal financial services,has broken through the threshold of billions of yuan.The impact of Internet financial products and the industry policy of new regulations make banking personal financial services face new competition and development challenges.How to break through the existing development bottleneck is the key to the development of banking financial management business.This paper analyzes the customer satisfaction of the financial management business of the bank of communications xuzhou branch and makes a systematic study of the development strategy.Firstly,it expounds the research background,significance,and research methods of the thesis,and adopts the literature method to summarize the meaning of personal financial management business,the development history of domestic and foreign personal financial management business,and then analyzes the current situation of financial management business development of the Xuzhou branch of the Bank of Communications.Using the PEST analysis model,the Porter Five Forces model,and the SWOT analysis respectively,the macro environment,industry competition,advantages,disadvantages,opportunities,and threats facing the development of the financial management business of the Xuzhou branch of the Bank of Communications are analyzed.The customer satisfaction was measured by questionnaire method and expert score,and the main problems faced by personal finance business of xuzhou branch of Bank of communications were analyzed.In response to the problems that have arisen in the financial management business of BOCOM Xuzhou Branch,in the conclusion of the paper,it is proposed that BOCOM Xuzhou Branch do a good job in the transformation and development of financial management business through deep digging up large data,promoting product transformation,strengthening capital allocation,broadening sales channels,and optimizing staffing.Moreover,taking into account the characteristics of the bank's Xuzhou branch,and giving full play to its advantages,and facing a series of complex situations such as interest rate marketization,changes in network finance,and increased competition among peers,it is suggested that the bank's Xuzhou branch should grasp the essence of the development of personal wealth management business and strengthen customer financial services and product innovation.Optimize marketing channels,improve the professional quality of financial personnel,and promote the continuous and healthy development of personal financial services.
