Study On Deepening The Construction Of China-Kazakhstan(Lianyungang) Logistics Cooperation Base Under The "B&R" Initiative

The "B&R" initiative proposes to promote the development of logistics parks along the route.Many emerging logistics parks have provided tremendous support for the stable development of the national economy and smoothly promoted the logistics industry to enter the golden age ahead of schedule.China-Kazakhstan(Lianyungang)Logistics Cooperation Base is the first physical project reached under the "B&R" initiative.The program,construction,operation and strategic development of the park have attracted much attention.How to stabilize operations,formulate sustainable development strategies,improve the service quality of the park and build a national-level demonstration logistics park are the focus of attention of all sectors of society.In this regard,analyzing the operation status of China-Kazakhstan logistics cooperation base systematically,making strategic demand forecast accurately,finding out the existing problems in the park,exploring the construction path,realizing the leading effect of the China-Kazakhstan logistics cooperation base gradually,and strengthening the construction of the "B&R" fulcrum are of great significance.This thesis selects the representative China-Kazakhstan logistics cooperation base in the "B&R" Initiative as the research object,carries out a comprehensive evaluation of the park through the AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and uses the evaluation results to analyze various indicators in the park operation,then identifies various issues that affecting the development of the park.In addition,the Shapley combined forecasting model is used to predict the cumulative annual flow of goods that the park may reach in the next three years,indicating that the future flow of the park will be in a steady growth trend.At last,through the analysis of the status quo and the strategic environment to find out the problems faced by the park,this thesis constructively put forward the "three two one" construction path,that is,"three strengthening,two opening up,one deepening",and supplemented by corresponding policies and guarantee mechanisms to deepen the construction of China-Kazakhstan(Lianyungang)logistics cooperation base.The construction of the logistics cooperation base is expected to enable the park to continue to play a leading role and drive the rapid development of Lianyungang and other cities along the line.
