Research On Financial Risk Management Of HF Company Based On ERM

Along with the rapid development of modern enterprises and the gradual improvement of corporate governance structure,Small and Medium Enterprises,as the backbone of economic development under the new normal economic,have received the attention of government at all levels in China.Compared with many large-scale enterprises in the market,more small-scale enterprises have obvious gaps in terms of financial risk management,management concepts and management methods,etc.In the development process of SMEs,if you want to effectively control the financial risks generated in the course of company operation process,you must combine the current status of the company's current internal financial risk management,and form a set of financial risk management based on comprehensive risk management.Based on the case study,this paper mainly uses the theoretical analysis and case analysis methods,supplemented by appropriate data and charts,and combines the theoretical knowledge learned with the actual cases.First of all,through the research on the theory and management of the enterprise's comprehensive risk management,the Chinese and foreign scholars' recent literature on corporate financial risk management is summarized.Secondly,it starts from the connotation and characteristics of comprehensive risk management,gradually transitions to the characteristics of financial risk,the objectives and principles of financial risk management,and the theoretical basis of financial risk management procedures and methods.Then,through a detailed analysis of the actual situation of HF company's operation process,the paper analyzes the financial risks of the target company's current internal financial risk management mode under the comprehensive risk management system,and finds out the existence of actual problems during internal financial risk management.Finally,combined with the basic theory of the comprehensive risk management system,this paper proposes improvement suggestions from various aspects of management,so that the problems existing in the management of financial risks are solved.This will not only help to improve the management level of the company's financial risk,but also enhance HF's ability to resist risks and competitiveness.In the end,the company's overall sustainability capabilities have been improved.
