| Company S as an insurance group's establishment of a branch,the local market industry concentration degree is low,the competition is fierce.To gain a foothold in the fierce competition,it needs to carry on the optimization to the enterprise the management of the action and perfect,reduce operating costs,improve work efficiency.Overall budget management is a corporation management tool within strategy,which also has some functions such as planning,coordinating,controlling,encouraging and commenting etc.It can strengthen the enterprise for the control and mastery of the business direction,cost,profit,etc,is must be born in the process of Company S of fine management,optimize and improve the focus of the work.Based on the study of overall budget management of Company S,through extensive research and collect relative data and information,and carry on positive practice and checking,using literature method,survey method,case analysis and other research methods,Company S overall budget management is studied and summarized.This thesis aims at overall budget management system of Company S.The full text consists of five parts: Firstly,the background,significance,research status and research methods of this paper are introduced.Secondly,it will elaborate related concepts and theories,which lay the theory foundation for this thesis.Thirdly,it will analyze the current situation of the company's overall budget management and find out the problems occurred during the execution process,including the low involvement,normative problem,design problem of budget index,and try to explain why these problems happen from subjective and objective degree.Fourthly,it will put forward a optimized plan for enterprise overall budget management.Finally,some safeguard mechanisms for optimizing Company S's overall budget management are proposed.I hope this thesis can provide some references for boosting optimization of overall budget management and those practitioners who are doing this from other companies. |
