Based on the analysis of the cultivation and development of middle management personnel of Shell industrial lubricant distributors,this paper introduces the practice of human resource management and talent management in the indirect channel management.This paper focuses on the selection and recruitment,training,motivation and development of the core middle managersWith China's economy enters the "New Normal",the growth rate of lubricant demand of industrial enterprises slows down.In order to stabilize and improve market share,imported brand lubricants are rapidly developing channel business or continuously strengthening channel construction.The channel distributors of Shell's industrial oil generally have a certain scale and volume,and the personnel problem is the core issue that has always troubled the development of distributors in recent years.In particular,the position of middle sales manager can be said to be the top priority for both external market development and internal management.This paper analyses the internal and external scenario of S hell's industrial oil distributors,and what kind of situation these distributors stand in.Combining with the related theory of strategic human resources management,it is concluded that the present middle management training and development is the core of distributors human resources work.From the perspective of the distributor owners,this paper analyses and discusses the main topics as below at various stages of development: middle managers job discription and core competency requirements,internal and external recruitment?selection,training and skills promotion,and the incentive and development,and so on.While exploring the human resource management of import brand lubricant distributors to actively seek for responses to drastic market changes,it also provides reference for human resource management of other industrial distributors...
